Having undertaken the RICS Expert Witness training, and worked in the construction industry for 20 years, Matt Dixon MCIOB can now offer expert witness services.

Specific areas of expertise relate to residential property, JCT Contracts, quality, defects and building fabric disputes.

Written reports are prepared in line with the Civil Procedure Rules, Practice Direction Part 35 for experts and assessors. Regular continuing professional development and continued practice as a construction consultant ensures the most up to date expertise.
