The Brynkellyn project provide a unique challenge with the ultimate in tight plots. Following demolition of the old bungalow, a new build was completed via the construction management route. Working to a design by award winning local architects Purl Design, Huers CC organised, co-ordinated and supervised a series of specialist sub-contractors for each phase of the build works.
Lighting design works, on-site supervision and contract administration were also covered by Huers CC, resulting in a high-quality finish that ensured a premium sale price for the developer.
