A luxury stone clad detached new build property constructed following demolition of an out of use agricultural building. Huers CC provided a full service to the client to ensure a stress-free project.

Pre-construction services included coordination of specialists including structural engineers, landscape designers and architects, as well as providing lighting design and interior specifications.

Full project management through the build phase included contract administration and site supervision.

This build is truely a one-off. A huge home gym building, with shower room and kitchenette, along with seating areas, a large garage and a helicopter hanger. Nothing in this build was a standard size so Huers CC worked to specify and integrate large scale elements not found in normal domestic buildings.

A computer-controlled lighting system completed an extremely high specification.
