This substantial new dwelling was purchased off plan by our clients. Initially Huers CC acted as advisors during the preparation of the purchase contracts. On completion of the purchase, Huers CC were appointed to act as buyers’ agent supervising the construction process, dealing with specifications and variations to the contract, and settling financial agreements.
During the construction phase Huers CC developed lighting designs, supervised and liaised with the appointed interior designers, and also help with securing planning permission for a further garage and gym building on the plot.
