The renovation of a house with an outstanding outlook over the Padstow estuary in North Cornwall. Working alongside the architect and interior designer Nicola O’Mara, Huers CC provided full on-site project management services to a remote client, including site supervision, contract administration and specification works.
With a tight site the build provided logistical challenges throughout the project which Huers CC managed to ensure impact on neighbouring high value properties was minimised. The house is now a beautiful family home equipped for the 21st Century.
